Takealot sending second hand items - sick and tired of having to return or replace their stuff!

I ordered 2 x smart light switches. Both arrived at the same time in separate boxes. The one was brand new as expected and in it's box with all its parts and protective film still attached to the front to avoid scratches. The other one, not so much. The box the item came in was open. One of the parts (the protection cover that latches over the fixed wiring) was not in the box and the protective film was removed. It's obvious that the item was second hand! I don't want second have stuff. If I did I would order from Gumtree where second hand items are traded. I don't know how Takealot can send something like this to a client and think it's okay?
