Takealot send old damaged stock to new customers

Deserves zero stars. Placed an order for a smart watch but received an old damaged item which had clearly been returned to them before. The box was unsealed with a broken strap and no battery included. We returned the item but they decline for credit or replace the item because it was not within 7 days of delivery. This was a corporate gift for a client who had only opened it on Christmas.
