Takealot sells used 2nd goods

Paid for a pair a Globe Sneakers, they were used and when I called to try rectify the *********** person at customer was unhelpful, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold by Nanganso Selano for over 15 minutes. PLEASE DONT USE TAKEALOT. Had to wait 4 hours for the supervisor to phone back, Amiena the "supervisor" was just as useless.
