Takealot sells refurbished cellphones as new

Bought a brand new cellphone from takealot.. but to my surprise the phone does not look new and does not even sound new... after comparing the cellphone with other similar phones I can confirm that the phone that they sent was refurbished and after returning it to the on the 7th day they declined my request to return... the cellphone makes weird sounds when you hold it and it is a samsung A04e I believe the back side should not have any movement like it should be binded to the battery but mine was a different story.. the quality of the camera was a different story... these people sell refurbished phone with the same price as new cellphones and reject when u notice it.. they sent me a picture of the cellphone box of which is not even mine.. the box they sent the photo of looked old and dirty.. how come the box looks so dirty if less than 10 days? I even returned the phone in the original samsung box and takealot box how come is it dirty? .. never buy a phone from takealot never ever
