Takealot sells misleading items and items that are falsely advertised

<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff;"> I had the worst service and experience with Takealot's Beka 6L Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker Pot. It was truly unbelievable. First I ordered the 6L stainless steel pressure cooker pot from Takealot and when it came I saw on the inside of the pot that it can only safely contain MAX 4L!!! So its false adverti*****t from the start: They say it is a 6L stainless steel pressure cooker pot BUT IT CAN ONLY SAFELY CONTAIN MAX 4L!!! Then I log a return explaining the situation in detail and I email them photos of my issue and problem and then I ask them to please send me what I ordered in the first place and that they please must make sure that I get a 6L stainless steel pressure cooker pot and that they must make completely sure and check in the inside of the pot by the measurements that it says MAX 6L and also to make a note and reference of this so that this does not happen again. Then they ignored my returns message that I log and credited my takealot account THE WRONG AMOUNT not even the full amount that I paid even though I did not ask to be credited; I asked for them to please send me what I ordered in the first place and asked them to please check on the inside of the pot by the measurements that it says MAX 6L and not MAX 4L and to please make a note and reference of this issue. But takealot ignored my message again and LO AND BEHOLD they have just sent me THE EXACT SAME POT WITH MY HANDWRITING ON IT!!!! They do not care at all even in the slightest. I bet its just a sadistic sick joke for them and they get lots of joy and pleasure from making people struggle like this. This is beyond poor service and incompetence! I cannot express how bad this service and experience has been. They do not care and they simply ignore all the customers wishes with no care in the world. Then I emailed them again explaining the situation and how extremely upset I am with some swear words because I have completely lost my composure. Then they tell me no they contacted the suppliers and that is in fact the 6L pot and that I am wrong!!!??? How in this universe can you advertise a pot to be 6L when it can ONLY SAFELY CONTAIN MAX 4L???!!! Do you want me to use 6L in a pot that can only safely contain max 4L and then blow up and **** myself??!! That is ***** and false adverti*****t no matter how you slice it. It is exactly the same thing when you advertise a car with 6 seats but the car can only safely carry the weight of MAX 4 PASSENGERS!!! That is false adverti*****t and *****. It is misleading!!!! Then takealot simply said I must log another return and ask for a refund and thats my only option. Takealot does not even care in the slightest of their customers needs and do not care that they sell products that are falsely advertised and misleading. The only consultant that sounded like they actually cared but in the end could not help me was Luciano Radun. The rest did not care at all. What would you have done?</span></p>
