takealot sells incomplete packages

i bought a hdmi splitter the description and the box says contents splitter power adapter and user manual i received it and theres only a splitter and user manual i needed it for a specific date time and reason they over charged for it i paid because i needed it the driver did not give me my change either and now i cannot use it when i need it at the most the packaging seal has been tempered with and im not happy at all
