Takealot sells faulty products!

I am appalled at Takealots sellers My interior decorators! I purchased a Fitbit Alta charger from takealot which proceeded to damage my Fitbit to the point of no repair. The charger sparked as soon as I plugged it into laptop and into my Fitbit. My Fitbit has since not turned on and will not charge even with an original charger. Takealot also refused to give me the details of My interior decorators so I am unable to lay a complaint !
