Takealot sells FAULTY devices

Bought a Samsung A31 from Takealot on Tuesday the 28 July 2020, Received the phone on Friday, 31 July 2020 and 5 days later the touch screen was not working. Couldn’t do anything on the phone. Coulndn't even unlock the phone. Took the phone to a Samsung store on the 5 August 2020 and they said the phone was faulty and although It's still within warranty they cannot replace it with a new one because the Devices from Takelot are always faulty and the majority of the faulty devices they get were bought from Takealot. I do not reccomend buying any device on Takelot as I barely had this phone for a WEEK and It stopped wOrking. Do not buy devices here because the warranty Is non existent.
