TAKEALOT SELLS DEFECTIVE ITEMS

The item was collected for replacement on 09/05/2022, the system hasn't been updated, nor have I received feedback as to when I will receive the replacement. In the last 6 months, I have had to return a total number of 6 products that suddenly stopped working. The inconvenience with this is that the return process is tedious and long. Then I have to wait days if not weeks for a replacement. It's completely unprofessional.
