Takealot sells defective items

Bought 2 glass plungers amongst other things and 1 broke the first time I used it and the 2nd one does not "plunge" I am going today to replace them from elsewhere but what junk are they selling to us? I bought a projector which also had to be returned as it was faulty and they did not have more stock so just gave me a credit, no apology or anything!!!!!!!!!!!
