Takealot sells defective damaged products with the hope it won't get returned

Purchased a doll for my daughter's birthday. The item received packaging looks so badly damaged that I had it returned. The replacement came and it looks equally bad. When at the store people buy the best looking items. At Takealot you automatically get the worst... Every time.
