takealot sells broken products

I bought a washing machine not so long ago, i hardly used it but when i started using it the machine broke, i logged a query and takealot directed me to the seller and they sent someone to "fix it" i washed once after the "fix" and it broke again, and now they keep on ignoring me, telling that they know about the issue they will get back to me, i bought this machine to wash with it, what am i supposed to be using in the meantime?????
