Takealot sells broken items and refuses to refund

I bought a hammer drill on takealot, I received the item and used it the very next day,just to find out ,my item did not work as it was advertised. The chisel is stuck and doesn't want to come out and you can try as hard as u like the drill will not release the chisel even as advertised.

I returned the item as is,because I can't release the chisel. They refuse to refund me and the item in the adverti*****t they made has a 6month warranty, they did not even return a new product or refund me,they return a broken product and I paid R1499.00

I had the item for one day literally one day and returned it and this is how I'm treated
