Takealot sells broken appliances with no warrenty

3 weeks ago we brought a new washing machine Defy top loader.... Havent been used as its faulty... Had a technician from defy to come out just to find out when u buy from takealot there is no warrenty....

Now i have paid 5000rand from a machine thats just sitting and cant be used.... Worst service ever.... I use to love buying feom takealot and now i will never buy again from them
