Takealot sells bad quality Dolce Coffee Capsules

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made from Takealot, specifically Dolce Coffee Capsules. Upon receiving the product, I eagerly tried it, only to find that the coffee produced was significantly weaker and lacked the rich taste that I have come to expect from Dolce capsules. As a regular consumer of Dolce products, this deviation in quality was quite disappointing. Upon contacting Takealot regarding this issue, I was informed that returns are not possible for this item. This policy is disheartening, especially considering the substantial difference in quality from what was advertised and what was received.
