Takealot selling used products and advertising them as new

I bought the Beurer BM95 blood pressure monitor from takealot last week and noticed when i opened it that it had been used. I paid a lot of money for a used blood pressure monitor that was advertised as new by takealot. I logged a replacement citing this and takealot replaced it - this for me already tells me that they knew what they did and that it was not the first time this has happened.

The replacement just arrived and it seems as if they thought that they could pull the same **** again. The device was replaced but everything else in the package is used, it's clear it's been used! So where did the 'new' device come from? Utterly disgusting that they are selling used items and advertising them as new.

I will send it back every time until they send me an unopened, unused product that was advertised and what i paid for.
