Takealot selling used goods as new

I ordered a Pool DB with transformer ,as it was arriving today I arranged for my electrician to come and fit it later today. It arrived early this morning which was very good, then I opened it and found an obviously used unit all scratched and dirty with no instructions or fixings so obviously no guarantee. I am now having to return it which takes up to 24hrs before they will even consider your request to return let alone pick it up! And what I do if they haven’t got one to replace it I don’t know.When you phone you can’t speak to a manager, you have to wait for them to email you if they ever get round to it of course . I wasn’t aware Takealot sold second hand goods but now realise they do. My advice is if you can’t get into the warehouse to check your goods don’t bother even if you have to pay a little bit extra to be able to see before you buy do so
