Takealot selling *****ulent

Absolute *****ulent Business.

I ordered Item on 4 March 2024 and it arrived.

The item was rebranded by the suppler *****ulently to look like more expensive unit.

I logged return and explained this. I even phoned in and emailed takealot and was assured will be corrected.

Return just stood still for days. I then had to phone to get a member to get it sorted out.

Today replacement arrived and yet again another *****ulent item.

I phoned and emailed Takealot again was promised on phone that manager will phone me back. Yet hours later no email nor call.

TERRIBLE.

They are as *****ulent as the supplier. Ridiculous service
