Takealot selling refurbished/unboxed products as new

They sent me clearly unboxed/refurbished products. I returned it. They resent me another unboxed/refurbished product.

I called support to raise a complaint. I even sent photos. The best they could do is to say sorry and log a return to credit my account.

After a horrible experience like this they could have at least offered me a coupon or something.
