Takealot selling pirated parts

Not worth a star; caught TakeAlot selling pirated hardware and showed all evidence, etc. It's now almost a month since I requested an original non-pirated replacement, and they're still not even responding to emails on the ticket. At 21 working days I will need to take them to the ombudsman and the consumer act as they are selling pirated hardware and don't want to replace it even. I see you still can buy it on there websites
