TAKEALOT SELLING **** ITEMS THAT DON'T WORK!!!

I have been going back & forth with Takealot bc they are refusing to refund me for an item they are falsely advertising and it doesn't work it's ****!! Then they throw the "no warranty" at me wich is useless in this case bc I didn't change my mind , they are selling an item that doesn't work!!! They couldn't care less about the consumer act wich clearly states they have to refund me in this case and that TAKEALOT is not allowed to sell an item under false pretences ,wich they are!!!! They even went as far as rejecting my review , I WONDER WHY?

If they are not in the wrong why can't I warn other people not to spend their hard earned money on **** items sold as the real thing. They rejected the review bc they know that they are wrong!!! Warranty or not , it's not the item sold to me and if you don't want to refund me then send me the correct item!! I am putting this out there as a warning to people !! Management doesn't want to phone , they hide behind their titles instead of doing what managers are supposed to do!!!

Don't purchase this so called fir sauna dome from Takealot it's a **** , it doesn't work!!!!
