TAKEALOT SELLING INFERIOR PRODUCTS

[Returns] (Reference: MRRN-x6rem-ner5 - Serial Number: 27920/K0ZX04315. I bought a phone with you in Feb and it has been glitching ever since I opened the box. I cannot make calls in an emergency or take pictures without this phone freezing up. You mailed me to tell me there's no problem with it and it cant be refunded. It cannot perform basic functions and cannot depend on this phone and fear being stranded again with this piece of junk as my lifeline.
