Takealot selling damaged products

I ordered a kitchen scale, received a scratched product, and returned.

Takealot replaced the item, however, upon inspecting the product when I received it, it had the exact same issue, i am returning it for a second time now.

This is extremely inconvenient as it takes time to courier back and forth, and really dissapointed takealot cant seem to package and send a product that isnt damaged.
