Takealot selling ****/counterfeit goods with no remorse

I ordered Pokémon cards almost 4 weeks ago. I went to the pick up point in Benoni to collect them only to find they were **** cards and the packaging had been opened and resealed again. I was extremely furious and demanded they return the product and get me a new one. A week goes by and I get a notification from takealot that my new cards have arrived and ready for collection. To my surprise again I received **** CARDS. Not only were they **** they weren't even the correct set of cards from the set I ordered. The manager at apex benoni takealot was extremely rude and unhelpful. I told her that you guys need to check your products first before allowing them to be sold by you as a "middle man". How can you allow merchants to sell you **** products that you then resell to the public?? This is extremely ******* and you can face fines of up to R5000 per **** card. I ordered 10 packs that adds up to 100 cards in total. That's R500 000 in fines if I decide to take this further with Hawks and police. You have now made me wait over 2 weeks for a refund and ZERO communication from you guys. You don't even have landline numbers that work which says alot about your company and its ******* operations. I am giving you 24 hours to refund me my money otherwise I will take this further and will make sure social media and news reports see this aswell. TRY ME
