Takealot selling broken gadgets and don’t take accountability for it.

I ordered a PlayStation Move controllers, after I paid R3500.00 the controllers ended up not working upon delivery and when I contacted takealot for my product not working they send me a mail that they can’t help me with my items and I have to contact PlayStation directly. From the invoice I have I didn’t buy my items directly from PlayStation so why in the world would I contact PlayStation for items not working. I don’t care where takealot bought these items from but I’m not receiving any assistance from takealot to return these items and I don’t see why I have to go out of my way to get this matter resolved with PlayStation specially since they wanted to know why the store where I bought this is not assisting me.

I’m honestly not going to leave this here because this is poor service.
