Takealot selling BLACKLISTED phones and refusing CPA rights!

Order #***. Takealot allowed a 3rd party (TECH CARE) to sell me a "new" Samsung that is now permanently BLACKLISTED on the national database (ITC Ref ***0). I've been without a phone that can make calls for 2 months. Customer service bots (Neo & Lucille) are ignoring my proof and refusing to issue an upfront credit so I can buy a replacement and transfer my banking apps. They want to leave me stranded for another 2 weeks. Escalation needed immediately before I go to the CGSO!
