Takealot: selling **** android TV box.

My daughter bought me a 4k Android TV box in February 2025. I have been using the box for you tube and showmax with no problem . I only decided now that I want to subscribe to Netflix which this box comes with the app on it, even the remote has a Netflix option on it. After trying several times it was discovered that the box is outdated and doesn't support Netflix. The message that appears is " sorry,we could not reach the Netflix service.please try again later.(1-14). She lodged a return request and takealot responded that the item is out of the warranty period, needles to say that this item never supported Netflix.its an absolute mis representation of the product that never had the function to support Netflix. Will never use Takealot again.
