Takealot selling 2nd hand goods as new

Received a 2nd hand steam hair straightener I bought for my girl friend today - box was opened, and the plates on the straightener looks like it was used as braai tongs. Have to now wait till tomorrow to get my money back, and sit without a gift. I tried submitting a review on takealot's site, but on Android, and on the web site, it shows 'error submitting'. Since the Kalahari.com merge, takealot's service went down the gutter
