Takealot & sellers not updating stock levels.

I've ordered the same item from 2 sellers on Takealot with about 30 days inbetween, got the same reply immediately after i paid in the money."We're sorry to let you know that we no longer have stock of the below item(s) in your order. We were unable to source the item(s) from our suppliers and have unfortunately had to cancel the item(s) from your order." Why do you take a payment if you cannot fullfill the order, why don't you or your sellers update stock. Most online stores use a check stock button!!!
