Takealot seller support - warehouse items missing /******

we have logged multiple tickets for stock booked in to JHB and CPT warehouse that is missing , we completed multiple stock discrepancy forms , and nothing happens

Takealot wants us to book our stock into the warehouse , but how can we do it if our items goes missing or gets ******.

calling the support line also does not help , they cannot escalate the issue or call the departments that needs to check where the stock is , they can only follow up on email.

there is something seriously wrong at takealot warehouse,
