Takealot Seller support is absolutely pathetic

Absolutely Pathetic support for Sellers on Takealot. So I just had over R100 000 in sales cancelled by Takealot because I did not ship products to them on time. I had spoken to them prior to it and explained that the shipments will be late for to Black Friday we had run out of stock in store and had to get more for Takealot. A lady named Bianca contacted me and gave me a few extra days to deliver the packages. I delivered the packages before the date she gave me and they were all still cancelled. This is *******, how is stiff like this not all over the news. Looks like I will have to speak to a lawyer or take this to the police because their seller support never answers when you have a queation
