Takealot Seller Support

I am a seller on Takealot and have been trying to add new products. They keep on rejecting my submission. I have logged a number of queries via seller support but the email answers that I am getting are of no help. I cannot speak to anybody as all help lines have been suspended during Covid lockdown. How are we to grow our business when we get this kind of support.
