We put out product through takealot alot and the 1st month we were fine our product was selling and we were getting money then after 3 weeks of our retinol serum being online we realised that there were no sales coming though then we checked our account and product and to our surprise our product was hacked by takealot. They use our product information of pictures and product description and if you go on to our product and you try to purchase it redirects you to their product. I had a family member who thought they were buying through my page but they didn’t because our product was blocked. When we contacted the head office they told us that someone r we won some stupid competition and that person had a right to all our sales. As it is takealot Is charging us storage fees for a product we can’t even sell. I want all my products back and I want dalaphiprojects account closed. We shouldn’t be charged the storage because they blocked our sales and 2 months ago
