Hi we are sellers in takealot an we are unable to reach anyone telephonically or via email. Could someone kindly assist Re a temporary suspension due to high lead time orders . We are compliant Re our stats and want to use this excels platform to trade . Seller id ***7

Seller is ***7 Hi I am urgently trying to reach seller compliance from Wednesday. I have been calling but I believe they don’t take calls. I have emailed and tried to reach anyone . Unfortunately there is no one else to try. This is with regards to a seller account that was temporarily suspended due to high orders which had been resolved since Wednesday. All I would like is for Simone to assist in looking at the account to reactivate as we have a good track record. .
