Takealot seller compliance

I am a seller on takealot . I am trying to get assistance with one issue for the last month with no meaningful response. Our account was suspended for to according to them high lead time orders or purchase orders not made on time . Despite being adherent to the policy they have suspended us. You cannot call the call centre as seller compliance only responds via email, that as well takes 2 weeks with a generic response. Nxs
