Takealot seller

I have submitted docs to be a seller on takealot market place in the 2 feb 2021. Shaun Marshal from takealot has not been responding now anyone else Re the account . Numerous calls to the call centre and social media have gone ignored. I want to know if this is takelaots policy for future sellers to wait more than 2 months for a response with a complete communication shutdown or are we been discriminated against for a specific reason.
