Takealot sell damaged goods

I have been a loyal customer of Takealot for many years. My recent experience with Takealot has been nothing but pathetic. When my order was delivered I checked the LED spot lights as the boxes were in a poor condition. The bolt that holds the spot light together was missing in the one box and one of three batteries was missing in another box. I decided to send everything back as I felt it was disgusting to think that they can dispatch poor quality goods. I immediately logged a return but nobody collected so I logged another return. They collected the goods but returned it to me stating that the good could not be returned. Takealot does not care about their customers, all they interested in is getting rid of their goods that cant sell or damaged goods. Takealot has lost a good customer and I will advise all my contacts not to buy from Takealot.
