Takealot ****S Their Own Customers

I ordered the Electric Purple Dualshock 4 (and a game) on black Friday from Takealot as I've been wanting that specific controller for ages. So I receive my package and open it to find only the game. I go onto the app to find that my order has been cancelled due to an apparent shortage of stock. Which is strange since on that VERY SAME day, Takealot was still selling that exact controller.

I messaged them on Twitter about it only for them to tell me that it was the specific supplier that ran out and that I should just buy it again. I do not care which supplier ran short, I ordered it from Takealot, not from the supplier. They should sort it out to ensure that I receive my purchase.

It has become very clear to me that Takealot are ***** and do not care about their customers' experience. I do not recommend shopping at Takealot as there are plenty of other South African online retailers, such as Raru and Loot, that take their customers more seriously.
