Takealot ******* they stole my R13000

I bought an IPhone price almost R13000 my phone fell and I took to one of the istores for repairs to my surprise istore came back saying they can not fix the phone due to it having unauthorized parts and that the phone was tempered with which came as a surprise to me because the phone never broke before I then forwarded the response from istore to take a lot and they advised that their acknowledges the fault and that they will refund me. It's been almost a month now and take a lot Is giving me a run around everyday when I phone them they are telling me that the phone has been sent back to me and that I must send it back again so that they can refund me, takealot is a ******* guys please don't trust them especially with electrical items
