Takealot ****med me.

Really really, Bad service, bought a gazebo from them and didn't like it so I sent it back, then they sent it back saying I used it and that it's not in original packaging, they sent it to me in a ****** cling wrapped ball.

To make it worse they just ignored me, I kept telling them that I never used it sent like 15 emails to them and they just ignored me.

Then they send it back to me, and I want to see why they tell me it's been used, and low and behold there are marks all over the gazebo, I never even opened the gazebo myself when I got it the first time, so now I pretty much know for a fact that takealot sent me a second hand product and they refusing to take it back, I demanded further investigation and they just ignore me.

I will never ever again support takealot.

This experience has just shown me how unprofessional they are and that their customers word does not matter to them as they clearly don't respond to emails or eg knowledge the problem nor do they even answer a review on hello peter.

I'm disgusted and wasted my money on a used product that they sent me in the first place.
