Takealot ****med me

I have bought a laptop last year and it didnt even finish 6 month. returned it to takealot on 07 Jan 2023. The received the item and after they review it ( I was told that my laptop has physical damages, of which it left my place still new and no skretches. the photos they displayed showes broken laptop and cracked screen ) "Status declined". I am very much dissapointed because the laptop was still intact now it is damaged and they havent even return it to me. Takealot is a ****
