Takealot ****

I ordered a microwave and washing machine yet both was broken prior to delivery and when told the delivery guys they said I must log a return.. so Takealot charges u a fee and don't pay u back for it yet they deliver broken items and there credits are incorrect. Where is my voucher credit and deliver charges refund? From what I see this is a **** and purposely done as the wrapping was over the broken machine with no damage to wrapping
