takealot ****

so i bought a air fryer from takealot and used the payflex option to buy and that was the biggest mistake i have ever made ,firstly takealot product arrived and it was not as described on website so i then returned it and now their partner Payflex are still deducting money from my account even after **** takealot said they refunded payflex now i know we live in 2022 and the consumer has no rights anymore as takealot simply said they dont care if i get my money back or not
