Takealot Samsung Air Fryer Broken Twice – No Refund, No Return After 2 Months!

I bought a Samsung air fryer in September 2023. By June 2024, the air fryer was not working, just 6 months after the refund guarantee, it started giving me problems. By September 2024, I filed a return, but on the day it was supposed to be picked-up, it started working again, so I cancelled the return.

I was immediately admitted into hospital until 30 October. I hardly used the air fryer but by May 2025, I noticed that it wasn't working again and was told that it's been a while since it stopped working. I returned it on 27 May 2025 and never heard a thing. I called takealot in July 2025 & begged them to investigate. THEY DID NOTHING FOR A WEEK, then called to say I won't get a refund. They refused to deliver it to me on the day I was available & cancelled my appointment for the day they said they would come....it's been two weeks, no air fryer, no refund....a total of 2 months since I returned it.
