I would give a 0 rating Their service is pathetic, Let alone that they ***** people's money by promising same day delivery service, when they pay extra cash. That'a a ****. When you ask for a refund they take you from pillar to post, saying that they have a turnaround time of 72 hours refund for services they failed to deliver. The question is where does the cuatomer money sit during those hours? Why are their systems not quick enough to return cuatomer's money when they fail to honor their orders, the same way they promise quick delivery when we pay extra cash? I am ****ed, their call centre agent even rub it by dropping off thw calls whils still trying to get assistance. Only i call to follow up on my order, is then, when they realise the delivery is not actually shipped as displayed on the App. The App statuses are a complete lie, not a true reflection of your order state.
