Takealot same day delivery total ****

What a horrible experience I have had. I ordered parcels for same delivery on the 26th of March which I needed for the long weekend. I never received the parcels, only a messages at 8pm saying it was delivered at the couriers. The next morning I received notification that the parcel will be delivered before 5pm on the 27th. At 9am I received a message the parcel was delivered to the wrong courier facility in benoni, I am in pomona and apparently the kempton couriers must deliver. Eta was changed to before 7pm that night. At 2pm I received another message saying it was again at wrong couriers. Eta stayed at 7pm. I then logged a complain online on their website. I never received the parcel. On the 28th I started again with emails and calls to customer care, I was told the rerouted parcel will only be delivered in 2-3 working days as that is apparently how long it takes to move the parcel even though kemptonpark and benoni is located right next to each other. I even aaked if I could drive to which ever courier had the parcels to collect it because I need it before 5pm for the long weekend but then no one could tell me where the parcels are. I was even told its because the adress was edited but I have received numerous deliveries before with no issue. It is absolutely ridiculous that they over same day delivery but do not deliver this service. I now have to go without the stuff I paid for and needed for the long weekend. I am so dissapointed in the absolutely horrible service I have received.
