Takealot same day delivery nightmare

Ordered at 08:22 the morning and chose same day delivery. At 12PM they changed the deliver date to the next date. When I queried they said they made a mistake in changing the deliver to express delivery and not same day delivery. Even after taking my R120 for delivery. Now they have no ETA on when delivery will be and apparently my order can also not be refunded before it was delivered. I am going away on holiday so that is why it was ordered as same day delivery, so now for 3 weeks it will not be able to be delivered as I will not be home and also not be refunded for that same time. They will just keep my money and the product I bought. Do not buy from Takealot, they cannot fulfill their promises.
