Takealot same day delivery is a ****

Yet another company that deserves a negative review if Hello Peter allowed it. Please refrain from using their same day delivery option, it is all hogwash and a ****. I placed an urgent with them requesting for it to be delivered same day and paid the extra fee for same day delivered yet after placing the order the invoice stated that I will get the order the following day but still got charged for same day delivery.

They charged me a fee for same day delivery but my order is late. I tried to get ahold of them on numerous occasions requesting feedback on this to no avail. Good luck trying to get ahold of them, you'll have better luck finding the cures for Aids, Cancer & ALS.

They will rip you off and ignore the hell out of you. If I had known really I would have purchased my Tech items at a Game, Makro/ Incredible Inc. store. Takealot defeat the purpose and convenience of online shopping with their atrocious service and "we don't about the customer as long as we have your money mentality".
