TakeAlot - SA Online retail FAIL

I bought a solar light from TakeAlot... They send me something that looks nothing like the product I ordered. I asked for a refund and they gave me a credit instead. This is poor customer experience. I order something that they get wrong, they don't have the product for me and now they keep my money. All this after I got an email confirming that they will do a full refund for me to purchase elsewhere. SA Online retails FAIL
