Takealot SA

I am absolutely disappointed at the level of service I received.recently purchased a Bennett Read air fryer from Takealot SA. I received the packaging but the actual product was a JOCCA returned it on the 23ed of September clearly stating that the money be refunded into the account I used to pay for my order….after chasing with no clear answers I wake up today to a Refund concluded status; I call again to find out how it’s concluded without any reflection of money in my account I am told it has been credited into my Takealot acccount😣😡😡how because I clearly stated where I want it. I was then asked for banking details and have to wait for another 3-5dayz because of their lack of competence and disregard for customer service I am extremely upset as this is meant to be a gift.now I don’t have a gift to take to my little sisters homecoming party and the funds are sitting in an account I don’t trust because they package correct but give you a different brand 😡😡
